I was apprehensive about who to use for purchase and installation of another battery to our system, as the primary installer went into liquidation a year ago. There was a technical problem with the primary equipment company, that James talked us through and made very sure the issue was resolved and kept us updated throughout. I found James through looking at an extra battery on ebay. He is very knowledgeable and explained his proposal to us in detail. He arrived on time with his apprentice (well done James for taking on an apprentice) and was well presented and polite.

The battery fitting, commissioning and hand over was all completed in just over two hours.
