James (Residential Renewables) was an absolute professional with my givenergy battery install. From the first contact over the phone to his punctuality and diligence to get my install completed, despite the massive issues we had with the firmware on the batteries causing software glitches. James patiently persevered and also returned the day after on a Saturday to get the job completed. Even since then he has been in touch via WhatsApp frequently to advise me and check all is working. Cannot recommend him highly enough and if you are considering solar and/or home batteries, give him a call.. you will be in safe competent hands. 5 stars.

We purchased a 4.8kw solar storage battery and the item was delivered to our home in perfect condition. Great communication and very helpful when we contacted James over an installation issue (information was shared both ways and the problem solved).
